From
1986 to 1989, Mr ABIDA had served as assistant in an engineering
and management firm.
From 1990 to 1993, he held the post of Chief Executive in
one of the most renowned Consultancy and study firms in
Tunis and in Morocco.
Moreover, he led a multidisciplinary team made up of engineers,
financial experts and analysts. He dedicated a significant
part of his time to study and consultancy missions for international
firms established namely in the Maghreb and Central Africa.
In 1994, he entered the Venture Capital sector. Four years
later, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of a venture
capital regional entity.
In 2004, he was nominated SIDCO’s Chief Executive
Officer.
Mr ABIDA is the holder of a major engineer Diploma in Industrial
Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in the Management
of industrial production

From
1988 to 1990, Mr TURKI was an administrative and financial
executive in NORDGAZ, the subsidiary company of SHELL TUNISIE.
From 1990 to 1993, he was in charge of TIB’s financial
department, an off-shore bank.
In 1993, he entered the Venture Capital sector and was entrusted
with the management of the shareholding portfolio within
SIDCO.
